Alexa Meade measurements, bio, height, weight, shoe, and bra size
Inspired by the shadows she observed on the ground The artist took months perfecting a technique that allows objects to be represented with two dimensions onto canvas. It is more like the object has been transformed into it's own representation with the canvas taking its interpretation from the artist. This works best when working with living things as well as items that have a shelf life like fruits and people. Alexa's style of painting is very ephemeral. Only the photographs of her work survive. Since the painting and photographic techniques are coordinated so closely and result in a trompe l'oeil effect, where the illusion of 3D appears only at specific locations, like the region around the eyes or hair. At times, Meade integrates her painted models into the three-dimensional environment around them, which allows the models to be part of this self-created world. It eliminates any distinction between photography, painting, and installation.
