Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model who competes in the sport and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of sixteen after having ended her childhood gymnastics career. She won her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She began participating in fitness contests at the age of 16, after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year, at the age of 17. Thus becoming an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. IFBB Pro of all time. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her college education. In 2015, she returned to the stage to compete in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years following her debut, setting herself higher goals every year. By 2009, she'd won four other fitness titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel was able to take 6 years to finish her education following her Pro Card award. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut in Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. At the show, she finished third. In the summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she qualified for Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three months later and came home with 6th place, in the Fitness Division. Ariel with absolutely no expectations when she entered, was delighted with the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against some of the top competitors. Ariel has improved her physique each year. Ariel prefers to exercise her back. The workouts she does to strengthen her back include bent-over rows on the machine using single-arm lat pull downs. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving onto the work outs. Ariel is the most efficient use of her time. How she does this is to superset her back exercises. Three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
